2. Pricing & Packages

3. Payment Terms
- We accept payments via UPI (PhonePe, GPay, etc.) and Bank Transfer
- 30% advance payment required to initiate work
- Remaining 70% to be paid before final delivery of files
- All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
4. Delivery Timeline
- Simple 2D Plans: 1-3 working days
- 3D Models & Renders: 3-5 working days
- Complete Packages with Video: 5-7 working days
Timeline begins after receiving all required inputs and advance payment.
5. Revisions Policy
- 2 minor revisions included in all packages (dimension adjustments, window/door position changes)
- Major changes requiring redesign may incur additional charges
- Structural changes after approval may require new payment
6. File Delivery
Upon full payment, you will receive:
- PDF, JPG, and editable source files (where applicable)
- MP4 format for walkthrough videos
- Delivery via Google Drive, Email, or WhatsApp as preferred
